This can be used in the shower or the bath. It includes cheesecloth to put the ingredients in (which can be reused) and you will get about 6 uses out of the pack depending on how much you pack it. If you're using it for the bath, you can tie the cheese cloth to your tap and let the water run through it or leave it to soak in the bath. For shower use just make the bag up tie and gently wash your skin.
